Engage directly with field leaders and drivers to reinforce compliance with fleet policies and escalate non-compliance when necessary.
Act as a primary escalation contact for fleet service concerns (e.g., fuel, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration), ensuring issues are routed appropriately to the FMC for resolution.
Maintain and contribute to fleet knowledge resources to support education and awareness across the field.
Track and report on exception trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactive intervention.
Drive SLAs/KPIs to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
