Assistant Field Manager

Description

The Assistant Field Manager supports Field Managers with on‑site construction processes under direct supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating construction phases, maintaining effective subcontractor relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires safe management of assigned home sites to deliver quality homes on time and within budget.

• Coordinate construction phases to deliver quality homes on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and manage subcontractor activities.
• Control costs on assigned home sites.
• Communicate with customers, on‑site Sales Agents, and the construction organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and safety programs.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and keep sites organized and appealing.
• Proactively report construction, customer service, or safety issues with resolution suggestions.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related business field, though equivalent construction experience may be considered. Strong computer literacy is strongly preferred, and a valid active driver’s license is required.
