Attend all mandatory courses related to your role
To ensure, if applicable along with the Resident Liaison Officer, all relevant resident and public complaints are resolved efficiently
Regeneration, EPB & Sustainability present accurate and timely handover packs to the Admin Team for uploading
Produce target and/ or recovery programmes (short term, etc.)
Ensure all actions relating to proper close out of projects are executed before transfer to Customer Care Team
Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives, including:
Comply with all the roles and responsibilities as set out within the SHEQ management system
Preparation / assistance with the site progress reports including CPR and productivity trackers
Assist with the preparation of the Health and Safety file
To obtain sub-contractors Health & Safety policies prior to their work commencement
Safe storage and co-ordination of materials
Obtain all risk assessments from contractors
To be responsible for the opening and closing of the site facilities including ensuring alarms are armed and working
Identify training needs
Management of site facilities; welfare, toilets, offices, compound area etc.
To be responsible for the accurate / timely completion of site based documentation
Attendance at project and company related meetings
Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
Co-ordinate the Sub-Contractors and set-up and deliver weekly supply chain meetings
To report to the Line Manager on the progress against the programme
Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments
To mentor and train Assistant Site Manager(s) and junior members of staff
Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
Maintain statutory registers, including accident reporting
To ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety aspects. Fully understand the company’s SHEQ policy/strategy
To be aware at all times of possible commercial opportunities
Ensure all documentation required to achieve handovers are accurately and promptly issued
To assist in the management of project specific preliminaries
To assist the Operations / Project Manager with pre-start details
Update productivity trackers including CPR
Management of site housekeeping, discipline, behaviour etc.
Undertake a thorough review of all subcontractors RAMS to ensure they have identified all foreseeable risks and implemented suitable controls
Maintain and update Construction Phase Health & Safety plan as works proceed
