Design and perform research projects that answer specific business problems or questions relative to business segment markets, products, and services
Lead development, testing, and refinement of industry/market analysis, consisting of market size evaluation, competitor profiles, and general industry/market trend assessment
Regularly update business segment and corporate management, through formal presentation or informal discussion, and facilitate discussions to identify and evaluate strategic alternatives
Ensure alignment of corporate and business segment strategies and objectives
Lead and manage implementation of organic strategic initiatives; track and measure progress against key milestones and financial objectives, manage inter-departmental coordination, prioritize competing initiatives, and continually evaluate initiative strategic fit with evolving business segment priorities

Support Strategic Operations M&A Team, as required on a limited basis, with market analysis and integration planning
