This position can be based from either our Eastleigh, Bracknell or Yeovil office.
You’ll be working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external including our development partners so being able to quickly build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders is a must.
A passion for customer service and ‘doing the right thing’ you will be a confident problem solver with an ability to deliver great customer service whilst investigating complex issues, providing regular updates to customers and management team.
This position requires applicants to have a Degree level, or professional membership of a construction related institute, e.g. RICS, RIBA, RTPI, CIOB, or completion of a recognised Diploma through the Abri apprenticeship scheme.
With a keen eye for detail, a passion for a job well done and an aptitude for technical detail you’ll take the initiative to highlight any quality issues, poor workmanship or construction defects, pre- and post completion.
