The primary responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments, performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination, and carpentry, and repairing or installing interior finishes and fixtures. You will also conduct inspections, manage inventory control, and assist with janitorial corrections while reporting any service deficiencies.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Complete assigned maintenance projects with quality workmanship and timeliness.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination, and carpentry work.
- Repair or install signage, glass, tile, carpet, cove base, fixtures, blinds, locks, doorknobs, hinges, etc.
- Conduct inspections and manage inventory control.
- Assist with janitorial tasks, make on‑spot corrections, and report service deficiencies.

Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance trade experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and formal training in at least one of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation, or air conditioning. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be able to work during inclement weather emergencies. Physical requirements include bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 60 lb regularly, with occasional lifts over 60 lb.
- Minimum one year of maintenance trade experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Formal training in at least one trade: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or HVAC.
- Able to work during inclement weather for clean‑up and emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
