Support data‑center startups with on‑site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems.
Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate systems on‑site.
Communicate clear updates to customers and project teams throughout projects.
Follow travel rotation schedules (e.g., 5‑on/2‑off, 10‑on/4‑off, 14‑on/7‑off) while working with diverse customers.

Meet physical requirements: walk long distances, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, stand/kneel/reach for extended periods, work in varied environments.

Earn a starting salary of $60‑75k plus per diem, mileage reimbursement, utilization, weekend, and other bonuses.
Grow through paid training, annual merit raises, and a 5% salary increase after six months.
