Hands-on experience with automation technologies, robotics, PLCs, or related systems in a production environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s degree or technical certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
5–10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement tools.
3+ years of experience of automation engineering, wire processing a plus!
Strong knowledge in wire processing equipment and techniques (crimping, cutting, stripping, and terminating machines)
