Interface Director - Roads (DEL 195)

Description

• Monitor and report on the status of interfaces, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Managing and coordinating all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across various stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery
• Promote a culture of collaboration and proactive communication across all project teams
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions
• Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss interface issues, provide updates, and gather feedback
• Develop and implement interface management plans to identify, track, and mitigate potential risks associated with project integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interface-related inquiries, facilitating resolution of conflicts and discrepancies

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on interface management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction processes, and project integration practices
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
