Description

• Complete full RdSAP evidence packs (non-lodgement work).
• Support broader stock condition and housing asset programmes where required.
• Accurately input data into tablet/mobile survey systems.
• Capture heating systems, insulation, ventilation and energy-related photographic evidence.

Requirements

Experience Required

• Good understanding of energy efficiency measures, heating types and building performance.
• High level of accuracy, consistency and professional conduct.
• Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Hands-on experience conducting domestic energy assessments.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured assessment methods.
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check (within 12 months)
• Clear, confident communication skills when working in occupied homes.
