  • Assist with organizing materials and equipment.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using multimeters to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
  • Pull electric cable and lay it out in cable tray.
  • Cut, bend, and install conduit per electrical specifications.
  • Assist pulling electric cable and laying out in cable tray.
  • Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  • Interpret data from electrical diagrams and schematics and complete wiring of electrical systems.
  • Assist in the assembly of pre-welded piping flanged spools, valves, SS tubing, pipe stands, and threaded piping/fittings.

  • Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contact
  • Reaching overhead while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact.
  • Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
  • Must be able to kneel and work on knees.
  • Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Code is helpful but not required.

  • Must follow good housekeeping practices.
  • Lift up to 15 pounds above your head often while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact.
  • Familiar with safe and productive use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
  • High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience is required.
  • Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow's core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
  • Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must follow training and company procedures.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • Experience with handheld tools and assembling parts is preferred.
  • 4 years of electrical experience is required.
  • Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to learn how to analyze prints, schematics, and drawings of electrical systems.
