Description

• Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assessments to ensure acceptable standards.
• Monitor construction requirements and take corrective action to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Provide on-site engineering support to meet project objectives.
• Ensures clarity of responsibilities and monitors performance.
• Report on project performance, compliance, and defects/non-conformance.
• Implement and communicate risk controls for project delivery.
• Attracts, develops, and manages resources to achieve team goals.
• Ensures delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Develop and manage daily cost reporting.

Requirements

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our construction team. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to delivering a high-profile infrastructure project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Relevant safety, construction and industry certifications and tickets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of tunnel underground construction practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Strong focus in collaboration and teamworking spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
