Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and part replacement.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Other duties as required.
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly.
Ensure machines are stocked and operational according to company standards.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Install, service, and repair vending machines at customer locations.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Previous experience in vending machine repair or similar mechanical/electrical role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and payment processing technology.
