Program Manager I

Description

The Program Manager will organize programs and activities according to defined timelines, budgets, and resource needs. They will develop budgets, operating plans, and evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify improvement areas. Managing a diverse, globally distributed team, they will implement changes and interventions to achieve project goals, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Accurate, timely reporting of program status and risk analysis with mitigation planning are also essential.

• Lead and coordinate a globally distributed, multidisciplinary team.
• Implement change interventions to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce accurate, timely program status reports and conduct risk mitigation planning.

Requirements

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and more than eight years of relevant experience, including at least three to four years in program management. PMP or SAPM accreditation from PMI is highly recommended. Candidates must demonstrate high proficiency in change management, product development cycle, risk and cost/budget management, as well as strong teamwork, independence, problem‑solving and innovative thinking. Familiarity with digital tools and advanced reporting/planning systems is expected.

• Hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• Possess PMI accreditation (PMP or SAPM) and expertise in change, risk, and cost management.
