- Jusqu’à cinq (5) semaines de vacances selon le nombre d’années d’expérience pertinente
- Coordonner la conception multidisciplinaire des ouvrages routiers en assurant l’intégration efficace des disciplines connexes (structures, environnement, signalisation, éclairage, architecture, etc.).
- Aisance avec les étapes de réalisation d’un projet (étude, APP, APD etc.)
- Réaliser la conception complète de projets en génie civil routier (géométrie, profil en long, structure de chaussée, terrassement, drainage), incluant la production de rapports, d’avis techniques, de plans et devis.
- Minimum 5 années d’expérience pertinente et de solides connaissances en génie civil (génie routier et infrastructures routières)
- Maîtrise de la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Planifier et organiser l’exécution des projets : gestion des ressources matérielles et humaines, coordination des livrables, respect des budgets et échéanciers.
- BAC en génie civil ou toute formation équivalente et membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Connaissances en transport, en génie civil, en infrastructures urbaines ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes en proposant des approches novatrices, et en appliquant les critères de conception de manière ingénieuse.
- Élaborer des études techniques spécialisées, études de faisabilité et avant-projets nécessaires à la planification des projets d’infrastructures routières.
- Capacité à se déplacer au besoin sur les chantiers
- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de conception (ex. : Civil 3D, InRoads, AutoCAD) de manière à pouvoir supporte et interagir avec l’équipe de conception.
- Un horaire de travail flexible dans un mode de travail hybride
