What you would be doing

- Work with Business Development and Estimators for lead conversion, scheduling inspections, and executing Performance Authorizations.
- Coordinate Estimator assignments and post-Performance Authorization uploads.
- Manage phone calls, addressing initial inquiries and lead creation.
- Interact with external participants for accurate insurance information recording.
- Support billing activities including invoice distribution.
- Assign leads to relevant stakeholders and manage timely follow-ups.
- Create and maintain Dash Notes for internal communication regarding lead status and job assignments.
- Enter lead details into the DASH system, recording customer information, job details, loss descriptions, special instructions, and affected areas.
- Monitor compliance tasks including contact and inspection dates.
- Maintain regular customer communication, updating on progress and estimation processes.

- Construction Experience a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ADP, Salesforce, DASH, Sage, TimberScan, and Coupa is a plus.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
