Manage and supervise the construction management team assigned to the Project.
Responsible for overall construction activities and the global execution of the works in respect of cost, schedule, quality and HSSE objectives.
Ensuring that provisions have been made for resources and training necessary to carry out the project HSSE program and that the policies and procedures are communicated and applied throughout the project site organization.
In conjunction with the HSSE Manager, the Construction Manager is responsible for leading, managing, assisting and monitoring the Trade Contractors to provide a safe environment for all personnel during the construction phase.

Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems including inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
Preferably a Professional Engineer
