Execute projects that involve:
Contribute to TAS’s team-oriented culture in creating a productive, collaborative and innovative advisory services business within TRC.
Identifying post-acquisition value-creation opportunities to develop and maintain private equity client’s EHS strategies.
Prepare concise TAS due diligence reports, liability estimations etc., and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance and operational status.
Reviewing environmental databases and historical resource documents.
Collaborate and coordinate with TRC personnel, offices and different practices throughout the US and UK.
Conducting due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and other global protocols, including broad-based limited compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities.
Analyzing company or portfolio EHS risks and controls for clients during transaction due diligence or asset management.
Reviewing environmental and safety related documents in a virtual data room.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to large groups, proposal writing, and enjoy networking and meeting new people.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in sustainability, engineering, public policy, or environmental science with relevant work experience preferred in business, corporate social and environmental issues, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
5-7 years of experience in EHS due diligence and/or ESG and Sustainability management or consulting.
