Support procurement planning by identifying design-related requirements and potential gaps early in the project lifecycle.
Coordinate design document alignment and accuracy across multiple engineering disciplines including chemical, civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, controls, and electrical.
Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings and design reviews to ensure consistency and integration across all design elements.
Interface with engineers, subconsultants, and stakeholders to resolve design issues and maintain project momentum.
Review the design development of each project in alignment with project scope, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track design progress and ensure timely deliverables.
Ensure all design and drawing packages are completed accurately and meet the Basis of System Criteria (BOSC) or Basis of Design (BOD) as outlined in project proposals as well as the project requirements as outlined in the contract.
Conduct thorough reviews and validations of all engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Communicate clearly and effectively with project engineers to ensure that the applicable drawings are created in accordance with contract requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering major required.
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing.
