Coordinate and gather information from various departments in the Company (primarily accounting, leasing, operations and investor relations) for use in financial projections and data analysis.
Maintain financial models using Excel and Argus software for financial analysis of properties, focusing on lease revenue, operating expenses and capital spend.
Assist in preparing corporate presentations and responding to queries from executives and various stakeholders.
Assist in quarterly/annual SEC filings and other public disclosures.
Assist in preparing all quarterly files including various analyses on all properties such as budget to actual, YTD, and current verses prior quarters.
Review and analyze corporate forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and variance drivers.
Track leasing activities across assigned properties.
