Working 15 hours per week from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday.
To provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
To provide administration support to the department
To answer switchboard incoming calls.
Support the Helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on the CAFM System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers.
Log Service Requests/Work Orders received by email or telephone on CAFM System.

Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable
Ability to multi task in a busy work environment
Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
