Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, Spatial, or Interior Design with outstanding academic achievement.
Deep understanding of brand foundations, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to translate insights into impactful design solutions and innovation strategies.
Strong visualisation skills, including 3D rendering and CMF (colour, material, finish) expertise.
Aesthetic sensitivity and a refined design eye.
Minimum 10 years' experience as a Creative Director or equivalent, with a strong track record in spatial, retail, or experiential design.
At least 5 years’ exposure to consumer-focused branding — ideally in sectors like consumer electronics, FMCG, or durable goods.
Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence and inspire across disciplines and cultures.
