Description
Ensure the timely handover of won projects to the Pre-Construction teams
Ensure existing leads and outstanding tenders are followed up by the Bid Team and act as support if/when required to make adjustments to win new projects
Support the Managing Director in defining target markets, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Provide technical support to Pre-Construction team and others who may require
Drive business development initiatives to facilitate sustainable revenue growth
Support the Tendering Manager by providing clear direction, guidance and set expectations for the relevant individual and wider estimating team
Deliver supportive business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management team meetings, briefing and correspondence
Act as a contact with our customers to handle all escalated issues relating to pre-construction and receiving feedback on our performance to
Ensure that handovers from the Pre-Construction team to the Construction teams are completed on time and in line with client expectations
Monthly and ad-hoc reporting on your business functions
Ensure that the output of new tenders are always managed in a timely manner
Identify and implement performance improvement processes
Support the team with the scope of new project enquiries
Forecast project delivery timescales to support operational delivery planning
