Civil Supervisor

• Leading and supervising teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Ensuring on-site safety compliance through toolbox talks, inductions, and audits.
• Participating in site inspections, client meetings, and project sign-offs to ensure all requirements are met.
• Managing the allocation of plant, materials, and human resources to meet project deadlines.
• Handling administrative tasks such as timesheets, site diaries, and delivery dockets.

Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead teams on complex DIT road infrastructure projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a supportive and career-focused environment, with the added benefit of a balanced 10:4 FIFO roster for occasional regional work.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• A White Card and a valid Driver’s License (essential).
• 5 years of experience supervising civil road and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of South Australian standards, including DIT and council works.

• Flexibility to work across metro and regional areas, with all accommodation expenses covered by the company.
