We are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Engineer located in the Baltimore, MD area. The role requires a BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

5+ years experience, preferably on airport projects.
Ability to understand complex construction programs and communicate progress to technical and management personnel.
Strong collaboration skills; self‑starter with results‑driven focus.
Effective interaction across departments to maintain open communication.
Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job performance.
Demonstrated success with responsibility growth in previous roles.
Excellent oral and written communication, capable of explaining complex issues to non‑technical audiences.
Preferred civil flat work experience on airports and road construction, including runway, taxiway, apron, and utilities.

The position offers an annual salary of $104,520. A performance‑based bonus may be awarded based on individual performance, utilization, attendance, tenure, and other corporate goals.
