- Organizes laboratory sample retrieval (concrete cylinders, soil samples, etc), and notifies the LaboratorySupervisor of pending rushes.
- The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequentcommunication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Obtain and organize all purchase orders prior to scheduling Technicians.
- Maintains log of Nuclear equipment checked in or out, and distributes dosimeter badges to Technicians.
- Document conversations with clients and prepare work orders.
- Coordinate job assignments in relation to the location of Field Technicians: using online dispatchingsoftware to maximize production and minimize travel time.
- Adhering and abiding to all safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with client representatives via phone and email for job assignments.
- The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in personand through virtual platforms.
- Assist the Productivity Project Manager when necessary with word orders and Technician paperworkissues.
- The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of officematerials up to 15 pounds.
- Manage the scheduling, deployment, and Time Off usage of all Field Technicians.

- Adaptability and flexibility to changing schedules and hours to support business needs.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret procedures, manuals, technical documents, and reports (written andoral).
- This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at adesk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
- 1-3 years of related training and/or experience with an AEC firm preferred.
- This position requires occasional travel, approximately 10% to 20% of the time, to support business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is required during travel and on-site work.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record.
- Computer skills sufficient to operate a laptop, such as sending/receiving emails, and the ability to learnField Data Collection (FDC) software to input data and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of standard field and laboratory procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
