Develop and lead HR strategy, policies, recruitment, and culture for a fast‑growing contractor.

Tasks
-Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management -Partner with leadership on compensation planning, reviews, and development strategies -Guide managers in effective leadership practices and foster a positive workplace culture -Build SOPs across departments; develop onboarding/training programs (manuals, videos, quizzes, job guides) -Oversee employee lifecycle planning, documentation, and compliance with employment regulations -Organize internal events and team-building activities that reinforce company culture -Design and implement foundational HR processes, policies, and procedures

What You Bring
-Solid knowledge of employment legislation and workplace standards (international compliance, especially US, is an asset) -Proven success building HR programs from scratch, ideally in a growth or startup-like environment -CPHR designation (or in progress) is highly desirable -5+ years of progressive HR experience (ideally in an HR Manager or Senior Generalist role) -Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
