Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients
• Support account executives with lead research, market mapping, and target list development
• Make sales calls, craft outreach messages, and nurture early‑stage client relationships
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client materials
• Participate in sales meetings, deal strategy sessions, and pipeline reviews
• Shadow sales professionals on client calls or visits to understand the full sales cycle
• Track activity metrics and provide weekly progress updates on outreach and lead generation
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate fit
• Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, follow‑ups, and candidate communications
• Write and post job descriptions and candidate outreach messages
• Attend daily and weekly learning sessions on sales tactics and recruiting best practices
• Complete a capstone project and present findings at the internship’s conclusion
• Collaborate with peers on group challenges and business simulations
