Perform communication daily regarding open issues regarding work in progress, defects, quality department employee attendance, and ideas for improvements
Interacts with supervisor, coordinators, Inbound, Inventory control, and Outbound staff to reconcile open issues
Train new auditors to the expectations of Siemens as provided in the SOP.
Actively provide feedback to Supervisors and Managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
Responsible for driving a safety mindset within the operation

Lead area start-up meetings daily
Actively provide feedback to leads, supervisors and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
Support Quality Supervisor with all Quality activities
Openly and actively, communicate internally through the respective Dept., and externally with every other department.
Responsible for Quality standards within assigned area (Pick, Pack, Dock, Euro/Parcel, etc..)
Investigate and conduct in-depth research on all discrepancies and provide resolution to Supervisor/Manager.

Above average warehouse experience (i.e. Shipping, Receiving, Cycle counting)
At least 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
Ability to work 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Be clear and concise on direction(s) given and follow-up
Minimum of 3: Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider, or any equivalent
Material Handling Experience required
Ability to lead personnel within work area and perform Quality activities at a high level
Above average SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
1-2 years of direct leadership experience
Must have clear written and oral communication skills
2-3 years of direct Quality experience.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Computer skills required, to include warehouse management systems experience.
