This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment, onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR compliance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve and surpass sales targets.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
Drive new business by identifying and connecting with potential clients.

1) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
š Educational Qualification: MBA/MMS/BBA or Any Graduate.
2) Self-driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about sales.
4) Minimum 6 months experience of any field; previous sales experience is advantageous.
