Respond to Work Orders per company policy
Ensure company policy and state and federal safety and fair housing laws are adhered to
Inspecting units for Move In readiness
Conduct regular health and safety inspections
Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to better the property and position through great ideas
Participate in the daily operations of the property

Requirements

hvac

plumbing

electrical

hvac certification

1 year

driver's license

Experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC, preferred
Must live within 30 minutes of property and have a valid driver’s license
HVAC Certification, preferred
Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
Maintenance experience in multi-unit complexes or hotels preferred
Mechanical background, preferred
Good organizational and people skills
A minimum of 1 year maintenance experience, required
