- Develop Power BI Premium models with dimensional modelling techniques
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data quality and reliability of data
- Provide Power BI training and develop training materials for end users
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making
- Develop strong relationships with the business and key stakeholders to ensure analytics support provided reflects business needs
- Develop Business Intelligence and analytical products, prototypes for functional and enterprise use, including but not limited to testing, deployment and maintenance
- Deliver services and data products as part of the Power Platform using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps
- Implement data quality improvements across all departments to increase confidence that data can be used to inform decision making
- Develop consistent documentation for data products
- Design, develop and deploy analytical products in Power BI Service and Report Server using various data sources

- Be able to query using SQL in different databases including MSSQL Server
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Expert knowledge of Azure Data tech stack, specifically hands on experience of delivering solutions in Power BI
- Experience of implementing advanced calculations on data sets
- Experience in Utility sector
- Experience in creating training material, providing training and championing Power BI
- Experience of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
- Be engaging and passionate about data and analytics
- Degree Level Qualification in Computer science, IT or equivalent
- Hands on experience with SQL querying and proficient in both DAX and M languages
- Expert knowledge of database design, relational and dimensional modelling, star schema and snowflake scheme
- Previous experience as Power BI Developer and creating Power Apps within business analysis
- Experience of using API’s to get data
- Expert knowledge of MS SQL Server, TSQL, Power Query, MDX and DAX
- Expert knowledge of Power Platform
