Troubleshoot issues related to OPC (UA/DA), data acquisition, instrumentation, and field device communication.
Engage with customers professionally to understand problems, reproduce scenarios, and provide effective solutions.
Support cloud-based deployments and monitoring tasks on Azure (VMs, storage, networking basics).
Provide technical support for Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions, MES applications, and industrial automation systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to validate configurations, deployments, and integrations across industrial systems.
Perform root-cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues.
Assist with incident management, ticket handling, and escalation processes while maintaining high-quality documentation.
Analyze logs, monitor performance data, and support debugging across software, hardware, and network layers.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Support Engineer with strong industry experience across asset performance management, MES systems, OPC communications, instrumentation, and basic Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to multiple industrial domains, excellent debugging skills, and the ability to support complex customer environments.
Knowledge of APM analytics, vibration monitoring, or reliability engineering concepts (nice to have).
Adapt to different customer environments across industries such as oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, energy, and utilities.
Good communication skills and customer-facing experience.
Strong understanding of OPC (UA/DA), SCADA systems, instrumentation, and field sensors.
Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting workflows.
