Product Owner - 24 month contract

Description

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective issue resolution
• Ensure delivery governance and reporting requirements are met, including tracking of schedule, cost, quality, and benefits realisation
• Ensure compliance with CTX PMO and Technology PMO frameworks, including documentation, approvals, and audit requirements across the project lifecycle
• Maintain a prioritised and transparent squad backlog that balances business value, risk, and delivery capacity
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of squad initiatives to achieve agreed business outcomes, ensuring alignment with CTX program objectives and delivery standards

Requirements

• Certification in Product Ownership, Agile (Scrum), or equivalent preferred
• Exposure to energy, utilities, or other complex, regulated service industries
• Strong commercial acumen and benefit realisation experience
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience delivering digital customer journeys across web and app platforms
• 7+ years’ experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles, preferably in large-scale transformation or digital delivery environments in areas such as;
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes such as improved digital adoption, customer satisfaction, or operational efficiency
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related field
