The role involves coordinating with other team members to meet project goals.
The Finish Superintendent coordinates and schedules work from drywall through final punch‑out and walk‑through, orders and oversees all finish products, and reviews mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings for conflicts. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field and has 5‑10 years of experience, preferably in mid‑to high‑rise residential construction. Experience includes managing at least one $50 M project from start to finish and working in fast‑track construction environments.
Additional strengths include proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Project, Word and Excel, and a self‑directed, well‑organized, detail‑oriented work style. Strong multitasking ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also valued.
