The coordinator will manage and coordinate the project schedule and Capacity Overview, ensuring tasks and milestones are completed on time across all construction phases. Collaboration with superintendents, foremen, project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders is essential to keep the schedule current and the project on track.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the master schedule, tracking progress, identifying and communicating delays, and updating timelines when scope changes occur. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, providing regular progress reports to senior management, and fostering a positive team environment.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (preferred) and have at least two years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination. Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Procore, strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and problem‑solving ability are required. PMP certification is a plus.
