- Recruit, train, and retain qualified installation teams.
- Review contract documents to clarify requirements and resolve any issues.
- Complete bi-weekly payroll for installation and service employees.
- Manage local subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and quality.
- Oversee service/warranty program and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Audit installation sites for both bath and window projects, address issues, and provide feedback.
- Manage construction backlog, ensuring timely movement through each project phase.
- Supervise, train, and develop installation and service staff.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and handle escalated concerns.
- Establish staging processes and schedules for daily installation projects.
- Coordinate with sales and administration to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage warehouse operations, personnel, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure bath, window, and door jobs are measured, ordered, and installed within established timelines.
- Lead regular backlog reviews, identify action plans, and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, permitting, HOA approvals, and regulatory requirements.

- Background in woodworking or carpentry
- Experience with measuring and documenting projects in construction or design
- Working knowledge of bathroom remodeling and window installation
- Skilled in light carpentry, trim work, staining, painting, caulking, and snap/lock flooring repairs
- Familiarity with kitchen design or cabinet refacing a plus
- Ability to create accurate hand-drawn layouts of projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent
- Ability to visualize and execute high-quality remodels from existing layouts
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and hand-drawn plans
