Supervise project commissioning program ensuring, lessons learned, commissioning productivity initiatives, datacentric commissioning and other work processes being effectively implemented.

Support project contracts team during early contract formation including generation of scopes of work for field contracts and active participation in bid evaluations, and clarification meetings.
Establishes and maintains contacts with client, supplier, regulatory bodies, project management, engineering, and field personnel. Represents startup on project teams as assigned.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is developed and documented appropriately including permits.
Support disciplines within CSU and the Operations team during Installation, Commissioning, and Startup, in order to maximize system reliability and availability.
Establishes and implements plans, instructions, procedures, and work process improvements to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of Commissioning / Start up activities to meet project requirements.
Performs duties with considerable latitude, exercising independent judgment and utilizing construction knowledge and experience in resolution of moderately complex questions and problems which may arise.

Good Knowledge and Understanding of engineering systems, applications of startup and operations; and previous experience in Commissioning roles with 3 years of relevant experience in the LNG or Cracker Units/ Petro Chemical Projects is mandatory.
Experience in Brown Field Works, Tie-Ins (Mech, Piping), Pre-assemblies, shutdown works including Pre-Turn Around and post Turn Around.
Understand system scoping philosophy and provide assistance to project startup teams in preparation of System Scope documents.
Knowledge of the function and interrelationships of field construction entities and operations.
Thorough knowledge of Indian standards and specification and codes as applicable, including various safety procedures and practices associated with the construction activities.
Experienced in system isolations, lockout tagouts, hazard identification.
Broad technical experience of commissioning, startup, operation, maintenance, and testing of Mechanical Systems/Components of Oil & Gas Processing Facilities.
Understand work breakdown structure, packaging philosophy, scoping and preparation of Test packages, Loop packages etc.
Exposure to construction rigging and brown field work permits, System Turnover walkdown, As-Built Documentation.
Experience in inspection and certifying all testing.
