Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Tamheer Program. The intern will support recruitment efforts and gain practical HR experience within a shared services environment.

Ideal candidates are currently studying or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, and possess strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of recruitment best practices are required, along with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow in talent acquisition.

The internship is classified under Shared Services HR, with a contract type of Internship, and is located in the Middle East and South Asia region.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
