• Scope and estimate project time and materials
• Complete repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, and other home improvement tasks
• Organize and manage equipment for daily tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with clients
• Represent House Doctors in the community and network with potential customers
• Manage personal inventory of tools

Requirements

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Naperville and surrounding areas. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who have the ability to properly evaluate, estimate and close a job opportunity and enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

• 5+ years construction or handyman experience
• Proficient with handyman principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies
• Ability to use basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality with strong customer service focus
• Strong work ethic, highly dependable
• Capable of physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
