In this role you will manage project bids, forecast resources and timelines, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, relying on strong organization, effective communication, and a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Oversee full project life cycle from approval, planning, estimating/bidding, execution to closeout.
- Ensure projects meet timeline and budget targets.
- Develop and track budgets, schedules, and critical milestones.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve goals.
- Communicate regularly with customers.
- Manage material procurement and deliverable tracking.
- Lead cross‑functional team activities and on‑site coordination.
- Manage project financials and adhere to company and OSHA safety requirements.

The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee remodel and new construction distribution center projects from inception to completion, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment and are results‑driven.
- College education preferred but not required.
- Experience in CAT5, telecommunications, fiber, construction, or structured cabling IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take‑offs.
- Proven record of managing project budget, schedule, and scope.
- Project management experience, especially in construction or technology fields.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Proficient with personal computers, email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commercial construction experience preferred.
