  • Identify parts sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities focused on selling OEM and aftermarket parts & supplies
  • Actively manages sales growth plans for assigned accounts
  • Works on a team with and supports the Parts Department
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions
  • Visit and support customer accounts
  • Attending or hosting sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours
  • Build partnering relationships with customers and individuals responsible for making purchasing decisions
  • Develop multiple relationships with key players in customer operations

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Possess knowledge of all vendor lines and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts industry experience is a plus.
  • Computer skills are essential, parts sales background is preferred
  • Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
  • Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field
  • Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel
