What you would be doing

  • Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works.
  • Provide administrative support via Microsoft software, including Word, Excel etc.
  • Liaise with Customers and Engineers daily.
  • To ensure all engineer tasking is achieved within time and to planed requirements for the contract and customer expectations.
  • To support the overall operational business, deliver excellent customer service, fault support and administrative support as required.
  • Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details.
  • Raise, log and receive Purchase Orders into the Oracle system.
  • To ensure fault records are accurately maintained to time and plan.
  • To ensure all work is processed within the processes and procedures in place for the contact requirements.
  • To ensure documentation tracking and database are maintained in accordance with the contract within time and to plan.
  • To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, support, and fault calls.

  • Familiar with general office processes & procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

  • Possess basic IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Good telephone manner and able to issue professional emails
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently within deadlines
  • Experience of Oracle is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Fault Management Systems.
  • Experience of data management and information transfer requiring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work towards KPI's and strict SLA's.
