The role leads SAP RTR DevOps initiatives, emphasizing process automation and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement end‑to‑end SAP processes. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing SAP RTR environments for high availability, applying best practices for SAP tooling and DevOps, and ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
The position also involves monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, providing timely resolutions, and offering leadership and mentorship to junior team members in SAP and DevOps methodologies. Expert knowledge is required across SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Project System modules, as well as IDOC interfaces and month‑end finance transactions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications such as CA, ICMA, BCom, MCom, MBA Finance) and have 5–12 years of experience in SAP RTR processes and DevOps practices. Strong problem‑solving, proactive issue resolution, and communication skills are essential, alongside experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines in a SAP environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA, familiarity with cloud‑based SAP solutions, and relevant certifications in SAP or DevOps methodologies.
