Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, automation tools, and reporting systems for key business insights.
Integrate data pipelines and APIs to connect various internal systems, databases, and external data sources into the enterprise analytics platform.
Design, develop, and deploy full stack web applications ( frontend, backend, database, and APIs ) to support data-driven and AI initiatives.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of software and model performance.
Implement and optimize AI/ML features — such as predictive models, recommendation engines, or generative AI chatbots — within full stack applications.
Support deployment of AI models and ensure seamless integration with production environments.
Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve system scalability, efficiency, and user experience.

Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript with practical exposure to data analytics or machine learning workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Familiarity with cloud platforms ( preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP ) and DevOps tools ( Docker, Git, CI/CD ).
1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue ( frontend ) and Node.js / Python / FastAPI / Django / .NET ( backend ).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong advocate of staff volunteerism
