The technician will serve as an administrator for D365F&O and Realtime, providing direct financial analysis support to operational, commercial, and functional laboratory teams to drive revenue growth and profitability. They will collaborate with corporate finance to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and improve current and future processes. In addition, they will be actively involved in annual budgeting, revenue tracking, project and business cost analysis, work‑in‑progress calculations, and invoicing.
The role includes implementing cost controls, managing purchase orders, inventory, and invoicing, as well as assisting accounts payable with vendor invoice processing and discrepancy resolution. The technician will support collection efforts, manage customer portals, investigate revenue and cost data discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence. Managing vendor onboarding, customer logistics, and ensuring accurate contract and purchase order details are also key duties.
Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint is required, and experience with Microsoft D365F&O is beneficial, though training will be provided. The position demands strong verbal and written communication, the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize in a dynamic environment, work independently, and collaborate across time zones and diverse cultures.
