Functional Analyst (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint)

Description

• Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of ERP data.
• Provide assistance during ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, and user guides.
• Communicate effectively with end-users, translating technical information into user-friendly language.
• Assist in implementing enhancements, updates, and patches to the ERP System.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support related to ERP system functionalities.
• Implement and test new features or modifications to existing modules.
• Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, human resources, and other relevant departments.
• Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Investigate and analyze reported problems, identifying root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.
• Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and system changes within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate critical and complex technical issues per internal escalation policies.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint hubs and functional processes. Including reporting and system configuration.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
• Proven experience in ERP system support and administration in Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems for incident management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Can be substituted for relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and SSRS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
