The role supports project planning and coordination, ensures clear communication with the project team, and provides modeling expertise to the engineering department.
- Build polygonal and NURBS models for CFD and engineering simulations.
- Create standardized presentation graphics for engineering studies.
- Convert 2D/3D drawings, sketches, photos, and maps into 3D models, including topographic models.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and standardization activities.
- Collaborate with engineering team to resolve modeling challenges.
- Ensure project requirements are met through continuous team communication.
- Maintain high technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple active projects.

Applicants should hold a relevant diploma and demonstrate strong 3D modeling, CAD, and software skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while delivering accurate results.
- Hold a college diploma in architecture, industrial/graphic/game design, or 3D animation.
- Demonstrate strong 3D conceptualization and data transfer between applications.
- Proficient in 3D CAD, both polygonal mesh and NURBS modeling.
- Skilled with Rhinoceros, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Thrive in fast‑paced, team‑based environments with minimal supervision.
- Independently solve problems and stay highly motivated.
- Possess strong interpersonal and verbal/visual communication skills.
- Familiar with GIS formats, ArcGIS Pro, and geo‑referencing (asset).
- Experience creating watertight geometry for rapid prototyping or CAE (valued).
- Knowledge of scripting/automation languages such as LISP, Python, C#, VBA, RhinoScript (asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational capabilities.
