Communicate with MEP and other trades to coordinate design intent and avoid clashes
Prepare and lead programming and presentation calls with clients
Conduct code study, zoning, life safety, occupancy, and plumbing requirements
Commit to quality by self-reviewing work and ensuring it meets professional and team standards
Organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to accomplish desired results
Responsible for all aspects of architectural design, ranging from concept development through documentation, although specific phases or deliverables needed vary greatly by project
Be a problem solver for all things design-related and assist PMs in bringing the client’s vision to life
Conduct code research, test fits, and preliminary space plans, including 3D axonometric views.
Coordinate design cost with in-house construction PMs to ensure selections are within budget
Work closely with clients and Project Managers to develop schematic and design development level drawings
Help build the team’s capabilities. This could be enhancing Revit families, developing rendering tools, streamlining finish selections… endless possibilities. What can you bring to the team?
