At haart Estate Agents South Woodford we are seeking a driven, ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Working alongside the Branch Manager you will oversee daily operations, inspire and support staff, and help expand the lettings portfolio while nurturing lasting client relationships in one of East London’s most dynamic areas.
Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence, be legally entitled to live and work in the UK, and be able to provide proof of address, National Insurance, and a passport or birth certificate during the video interview recruitment process.
The role offers a competitive £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission, a guaranteed commission for the first two months, a company car, and 30 days of annual leave including bank holidays.
